Your details are shared only with the parties needed to deliver your trip, such as permit offices, airlines, hotels and your guide. We never sell your personal information.

Permits and bookings

Your documents are shared only with the bodies that need them to run your trip: the Nepal Tourism Board, the Department of Immigration for restricted-area permits, and the airlines for domestic flights.

Security

Your account and booking data are stored on encrypted servers. Passport numbers are visible only to our staff and to you.
