Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website or book a trip with us.
Creative Adventure Nepal Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") is a trekking and tour operator licensed in Nepal. By using this website or booking a trek, expedition, climb, tour or activity with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it in writing and received the deposit stated in your trip confirmation. Prices are per person in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Fitness, health and insurance
High-altitude treks and climbs are physically demanding. You are responsible for being fit for your chosen trip and for holding travel insurance that covers trekking at the trip’s maximum altitude, including emergency evacuation.
Changes on the trail
Weather, flight delays (for example to and from Lukla), trail conditions and safety may require changes to the itinerary. Your guide’s decisions on safety are final.
Guides and altitude
If a guide decides that a traveller is showing signs of altitude sickness, safety comes before the summit or the schedule. Decisions about emergency descents or route changes are binding.
Porter welfare
We follow responsible porter practice: sensible load limits, proper gear and warm clothing, and insurance for the people who carry for us.
