Mountain flight in Nepal is one of the most exclusive mountain fly tour packages in the world, offering a scenic view of Mount Everest-Top of the World (8848.86 M height) flight tour, as well as other series of Giant panoramic Himalayan ranges, long-ranged Tibetan plateau up to a closer distance of 5 nautical miles, with an in-flight duration of 1 hour.
Mountain flights offer passengers a spectacular view of the Himalayan peaks. The one-hour mountain flight takes passengers within camera range of some of the highest peaks in the world. The peaks are Gosaithan, Dorje Lhakpa, and Phurbi Chyachu. Choba Bhamare, Mt. GauriShankar, Melungtse, Chugimago, mt. Numbur, Karyolung, Cho-Oyu, Gyachungkang, Pumori, Nuptse and finally Mt.Everest. Mountain flights are offered by several domestic airlines in the nation. As part of the tour program here in Nepal, mountain flight is gaining high demand during the tourist arrival season. Description of a few Mountains: -
The first mountain, which can be seen, is Langtang. The valley of Langtang, which is not visible from the mountain flight, is considered the most beautiful in the whole Himalayan region.
The mountain lies on the Nepal - Tibetan border. The Tibetan name for this mountain is Shisapangma. She is related to many Hindu Mythologies, especially Shiva.
This mountain has a Tibetan name, which means "the mountains of many sacred Thunderbolts". This mountain is considered to be a holy mountain for Buddhists, and climbing permission was given only in 1964, and it was not climbed until 1981.
This single mountain has two peaks and two names joined together because the Hindus believe that the mountain looks like the pair of Gods Shiva and Gouri. This holy mountain was restricted till 1977 for climbers. It was only in 1979 that an American - Nepal group reached the summit.
As this mountain lies to the south of Everest, the name given by the Sherpas is Lhotse, which means" South Peak." The first ascent of this mountain took place in 1956 by the Swiss.
This Mountain was discovered in 1852 and is the highest mountain in the world, is named after Sir George Everest, an English surveyor. Sagarmatha, the top of the universe, is the name Nepal gives, meaning "mother of the world," and Qomolangma in Tibetan. Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa were the first to climb Everest on May 25, 1953. As a coronation gift to Queen Elizabeth.
Detailed Itinerary of Mountain Flight Nepal
The program starts at the TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport, the capital Airport). The flight departs from Kathmandu and Pokhara airports on a regular basis. The flight is planned to leave three times every day for one hour. The departure times are 6:15, 6:30, and 7:30 a.m., while the arrival times are 7:15, 7:30, and 8:30 a.m. The hostess categorizes the different peaks, and the captain invites each passenger to the cockpit to capture the stunning Himalayan range via the wide windscreen.

It was an excellent and memorable trip arranged by creative adventure. We were 15 family members planned for pilgrimage trip but later combined adventures too for the sake of our kids. From the arrival and till departure, Ramesh Ji ‘s support was excellent. He was able to reach even at night for some emergencies. Excellent vehicles were provided and especially kind and experienced drivers were arranged. Because of the change in climatic conditions , our flight got cancelled and we were supposed to do road travel. We afraid a lot but the drivers were really experienced and helped us a lot in all aspects. Food arranged in hotels were really good. ( Only concern was they could have separated veg n non veg in different places n not on the same counters). Especially chef in landmark Kathmandu was so kind n prepared food specially for us. Cultural village in Janakpur also provided homely n decent food. We had a great n enjoyable trip all over. Thanks Ramesh Ji for arranging everything. We definitely recommend Creative adventure to everyone.
