One of the quickest rivers flows from Tibet is located northeast of Kathmandu. The road access immediately follows the Tibet border connection, which takes only three hours to transfer to the put-in site. The Bhote Koshi whitewater rafting trip is a two-day adventure with excitement and incredible difficulties.
So, if you've always wanted to encounter huge-grade rapids, we promise a safe journey on the Bhote Koshi River to make your wildest dreams come true. Although this river seemed technically demanding, our previous experience performing similar adventure runs and international standard wilderness training made it simple.

We will drive from Kathmandu to Khadichour for around 3 hours. We will begin our river excursion after the trained guides have briefed you on safety and paddling guidelines. We will encounter continuous class 3 rapids. After rafting for around 16 kilometers, we will arrive at a river bank and pitch your tent there, or we will drive back to Kathmandu, according to your preference.
The final day of our white water rafting trip will begin with a drive to Jambu and our second put-in location. It will be a difficult day since we will encounter several class 3 and 4+ rapids, including Barking Dog, Midnight Special, and the Great Wall, which are not runnable. After an hour of rafting, we'll encounter huge rapids, including Liquid Bliss, Fake Right Go Left, and Golden Gate, before arriving at our takeout site, Sukute Beach. We'll enjoy a beautiful, warm lunch on the beach before returning to Kathmandu, which will take around 3.5 hours.
