The Golden Triangle Tour
This journey takes our guests on a tour of India's Golden Triangle, a tourist circuit that connects the national capital of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. These form a nearly equilateral triangle on the map, with 200-250 km along each side. Because of the great amount of cultural and historical magnificence on offer in each of the three towns, this triangle has been termed "golden."
Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, is home to some of the greatest bazaars in Asia. You might spend weeks in Delhi, India's huge, intriguing capital, and yet not see everything, but Agra, once the hub of the Moghul empire, possesses the unrivaled grandeur of the Taj Mahal, which graces the banks of the Yamuna river. The Golden Triangle is a traditional introduction to India: if you've never traveled to the subcontinent before, here is where you should begin. This generally entails flying into Delhi.
Agra, a medieval city on the banks of the Yamuna River, was built in 1956 by Sultan Sikandar Lodi.
It rose to prominence as the Mughal rulers' capital from 1526 to 1658, and it is now a popular tourist destination due to its numerous magnificent Mughal-era structures, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Delhi is a city and a union territory of India. Its official name is the National Capital Territory of Delhi. In Delhi, there are various traditional and modern tourist sites. The Qutb Complex, Red Fort, and Humayun's Tomb, all UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Delhi, are among the best examples of Indo-Islamic architecture. There are numerous well-known religious sites of worship in Delhi. Akshardham, one of the world's largest Hindu temple complexes, is a popular tourist destination in the city.
